During his inspection tour, DG Murtaza went to different locations where BISP beneficiaries, especially women, collect their quarterly financial aid. His main focus was to see firsthand how the payment system is working on the ground.

He carefully checked the payment arrangements, the facilities provided at the shops, and any problems faced by the women coming to get their money. DG Murtaza spoke directly with staff at the payment points and also listened to concerns raised by some female beneficiaries present.

“The smooth and dignified delivery of financial support to our beneficiaries, particularly women who are the backbone of this program, is our top priority,” stated DG Murtaza during the visit. “This inspection helps us understand the real situation and fix any issues quickly. We want to ensure every eligible woman receives her full payment easily and without unnecessary trouble.”

The visit aimed to identify any gaps in the payment mechanism, assess the quality of services at the retailer locations, and directly address the challenges reported by women beneficiaries. Ensuring transparency and efficiency in the disbursement process was a key objective.

Officials accompanying the DG collected feedback and assured that problems noted during the visit would be resolved promptly to improve the beneficiary experience for future payment cycles across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
